Shoe Buying Experience Framework

For my Field Methods class, I researched the general shoe buying experience for a company interested in the sizing and purchase decision for shoes.

I conducted interviews with 11 different participants and created the beginning of 4 different personas.

For my Testing and Assessments class, 3 team mates and I conducted an expert review and a usability test of a Mutual Fund Evaluator tool.
